Simply wonderful

Hi ya bloggers
I spent the weekend in Colac (country Victoria) with the in laws and so I didn't get any cards made! So I am doing a bit of a catch up with a few late ones from last week combined with a few from the start of the week!
I started with the sketch from Card Positioning Systems #224 and the colours come from Designed 2 Delight and Paper Playtime which both are doing Red White and Blue. I have incorporated dry embossing for Secret Crafter and butterflies for What's that theme throwdown. I adore dots and spots and love incorporating them in cards so this card is no exception ... you could say it is a dot and rhinestone card!

a close up

I enjoyed making this very simple and quick birthday card.

materials - Red, White and Blue cardstock; MFT 'polka dot greetings' stamps and die, Bella 'impressions' stamps; Stazon Azure and Blazing Red; Cuttlebug 'dot embossing folder'; Kaiser rhinestones.
