keep cool this xmas

A Christmas card! I know it is early but the challenge over at Southern Girls this fortnight is 'christmas'. Now here in the Southern Hemisphere our Christmas is during our summer so inspired by this I created this card below ...

a close up of the 'washing' I have applied glossy accents to the swimsuit and santa hat

and a tweet little bird!

It always seems strange for me to make a christmas card using snowmen etc so I decided to go for something that represents christmas in Australia - alot of people go away for christmas and our coast line is swamped with campers and caravaners so this is just typical in campgrounds - swimsuits hanging up between trees on chrismas day!
I like creating 'scene' cards especially outdoors with grass, sky and clouds!

materials - bluegreen cardstock; Echo Park 'everybody loves christmas' papers; Lawn Fawn 'swimsuit season' Maya Road 'build a tree singleton stamp, Ferngully stamps 'santa hat'; Stazon jet black ink; Echo Park alpha stickers; MFT 'flat bottom clouds'; twine; Ranger inkssentials glossy accents.

Thanks for looking have a great weekend.
