Kazans sketch #12

I thought I would start on some of my Christmas cards for this year so what better way to start on them with a very versatile sketch from 2 sketches 4 U - thanks Kazan for a fabulous sketch. I made a bell shaped card using the slightly different christmas scheme of pink and blue/green and have used Kaiser papers and bling, cosmo cricket and memory keepers rubons and bazzil cardboard.

Thanks for taking the time to look.

Lauras Sketch #11

gosh this week has just flown by and I have done yet another fantastic sketch from 2 sketches 4 U. This card is based on a sketch done by Laura. I have used stamps and watercolour pencils and returned to my young school days to "colour in" the images!!! I have also use Core dinations cardstock and Daisy Bucket papers (I love the orange, green and brown combo!).

Thanks for looking.

Neil walked passed as I was making this card and said "crikey you are getting in early for a Valentines day card!!!" I just laughed and said no I wanted to use these little padded felt hearts and this was the perfect sketch for it!!!

So thankyou once again 2s4u for another excellent sketch from which to base a card on. Here is the end result, I have used really old paper from Urban Lily 2005, bazzil cardstock, brads and various ribbons.

Thanks for looking.

Lauras sketch #10

Here is card based on another fabulous sketch provided by laura from 2 sketches 4 U. A friend of mine her birthday is coming up so I took the advantage and made her a birthday card based on lauras' sketch.

I have used Sei and BG paper, Core dinations cardboard, heidi swapp ribbon and Grant archival stamp and last but not least I finally managed to use my new XL scalloped card sizzix die to make the card base - fabulous, better than hand cutting scalloped edges!!!

Thanks for looking!

window card -Kazans sketch # 10

For this weeks sketch from 2 sketches 4 U I decided to challenge myself and not use patterned paper so instead I turned to my trusty stamp collection and found one that I have had for a while and absolutely love using it - a window stamp. This a very plain card but I love the simplicity and clean lines of it! Thankyou for taking the time to look!
