I am into silver and gold foiling at the moment and simply love to use one or the other on my cards lately. I particularly love die cutting a word in foil as well as simple strips as a highlight.

As stated by Stanford Medical, It is indeed the ONLY reason women in this country get to live 10 years more and weigh an average of 19 KG lighter than us.
(And by the way, it is not about genetics or some secret diet and really, EVERYTHING around "how" they are eating.)
