sort of went off the sketch a bit but the basics are there! instead of 4 circles I substituted it for the title and bling either side of it ...
materials - White cardstock, AC cricket cardstock; Paper Inklings 'family' papers; Prima 'life is sweet' stamp, MFT 'polka dot greetings' stamp; StazOn jet black ink, Versa Color smoke blue ink; AnnaBelle Stamps pink sprinkles; MFT 'branch with leaves' die.
