This card is incredibly bright and cheery considering today is grey, cold and miserable - so I thought making a bright sunny summery card would add a little colour to me day!
I made is following the sketch from Mojo Monday #198, inspiration comes from Crafts & Me and that was to use a favourite stamp (oh that was hard to choose but I decided on Hero Arts 'be happy'set). I am also submitting it for Simon Says - stitching - so I did a little faux stitching around the title and also the join between the 2 papers.
and a close up
materials - American Crafts ladybug, powder and melon cardstock; MLSB 'farmers market' papers; Hero Arts 'be happy', Sassafras Lass 'stitched borders' stamps; Stazon jet black ink, Versa Color sky blue ink; Marvy pens - blender 0, orche 13, leaf green 48, iris purple 55, cherry 65, citrus yellow 69, pine green 72, sky blue 75; Kaiser rhinestones; 10mm cream grossgrain; 16mm light blue floral ribbon.
