I nearly forgot to blog this card - I made it last night and had to photograph it today. I made it for Paper Sundaes - Girly girl and have followed the sketch from Sketchy Saturday #159. I have also included dry embossing for the challenge form Birthday Sundaes #13.
and a close up of the dancing girl
If I remember right this is one of my first stamps that I bought about 10 years ago!!! OMGosh I can't believe it and I stumbled across it while searching for something girly! To make it a little more interesting I went kindy glitz crazy!
At first I struggled but I must admit I don't normally do 'girly orientated' cards and approached it with dread! but I am very happy with the resulting card and find it really 'funky'!!!
materials - bluegreen cardstock; Prima 'paisley road' papers, Ferngully stamps 'milly dancing', Grant Archival 'small birthday set' stamps; Stazon jet black ink; MFT little open scalloped edge, Creative Memories circle cutters, Cuttlebug dot embossing folder; Prima flower, Making Memories 'vintage' button; twine.
