And my tip - to make waves use a scalloped template and trace the outline and then turn it upside down to create some waves!
materials - Blue cardstock; MM 'Fresh Anthology Sydney' papers; Lawn Fawn 'swimsuit season' stamps; Stazon black and Versa Magic 'night sky' inks; Carolee Creations tiny worn navy alpha stickers; Marvy blender 0, sapphire 100 pens; Carl 'primitive heart' punch; Sizzix 'traditional tags' die; Crafters Workshop 'scalloped swirls' template; 1/8" red eyelets; twine; white gel pen.
